Sunlight causes dark and light brown spots on hands and face in various sizes. These spots would sometimes become pale or vanish in winter. But in summer, they emerge or get darker because of sun light.

Cryogen gas vaporizes and burns the skin at minus 90 degrees centigrade. Spots on hands and face are frozen by a special instrument. Following the crusting of skin for three or four days, theskin completely recovers and most of the spots vanish.
